Objectives
Here are the associations objectives...

    1. To educate and encourage its entire member to conduct business with the utmost good faith, integrity and observe and comply with the laws of New Zealand.
    2. Establish standards of professional conduct for members in their business.
    3. Promote effective resolution of disputes between members, between members and their clients and between members and the public.
    4. To be a catalyst in strengthening relationships with police, councils and the business community of NZ to effectively address the crime problem.
    5. To engage in forum both community wide and country wide on how future business interests should be protected in a multicultural economy of NZ.
    6. Foster an effective and relationship based network among the members, who are passionate about their businesses, to share information, technology and provide proven solutions to the challenges and difficulties.
    7. To support and represent the members in case of any genuine business dispute/ problems to any court/tribunal, commission or any judicial or Quasi-judicial authority. To engage in non-political, legal and peaceful acts and to undertake other activities to promote the objectives of Association.
    8. The association can hire the services of professional for promoting objectives and can assist members in arbitration/Adjudication and to settle disputes through mediation and negotiation.
    9. To promote, encourage, regulate and protect the interests of the Members of the Association, by all lawful means as may be deemed advisable by the Association in General Meeting or the Committee thereof.
    1. Secure for its members all the lawful advantages agreed to majority.
    1. Procure and disseminate to Members information upon all matters affecting their interests either directly or indirectly.
    1. Provide for representation of Members of the Association before any Tribunal, Board, Commission, Government Department or Official or Court of Justice in any matter or proceedings in which it may appear to the Committee that the interests of the Association or its Members or any of them are directly or indirectly involved.
    1. Act as arbitrator or to nominate arbitrators in the settlement of disputes arising between its Members or sections of Members.
    1. Support or assist any other person, firm, club or Association in achieving any of the objects for which the Association is formed and to combine, associate with or co-operate with, or become members of any Association, whether within New Zealand or elsewhere, having objects wholly or in part similar to the objects of the Association.
    1. Remunerate any person, alliance or other body for services rendered to the Association.
    1. Promote, oppose, or move for the rescission of, any legislative enactment, by laws or other rules or regulations affecting the interests of Members.
    1. Indemnify all Members of the Association and Committee and Agents of the Association against all claims and demands made against them in respect of all acts done by them in good faith purporting to be in pursuance of objects of the Association, whether such acts shall be strictly within the powers of the Association or not.
    1. Making submissions to represent the interest and concerns of members by making submissions to parliament committee or any other law making bodies.
    1. Acquire by lease purchase or otherwise howsoever any real or personal property for the purpose of establishing or maintaining any office or any other accommodation or facilities whereby the objects of the Association or any of them may be furthered.
    1. Edit, print, publish, issue and circulate such periodicals, books, magazines and other literary undertakings that may seem to the Association or the Committee to be for the benefit of the Association or conductive to any of these objects.
    1. Raise funds for the purpose of accomplishing any of the objects of the Association.
    1. Sign, Seal, execute and deliver any deeds or documents whatsoever, which may require or seem expedient to be executed by the Association for the furtherance of its objects.
    1. Generally and in furtherance and not in imitation of the foregoing objects to do all such other things as in the opinion of the Association may be incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the foregoing objects or to the exercise of any of the herein mentioned powers.
